Barcelona!

It's been a while I have not been writing anything on this blog; not that I haven't beeing doing anything though, on the opposite! My summer has been pretty full on, with the visit of many friends, family and also many week ends spent elsewhere than in Barcelona.

I think it's time now to post a few pics for you to get an idea of what Barcelona looks like. It is, an amazing city, with the major artwork from Mr Gaudi for example!

Torre Agbar, near where I live, illuminated at night during week ends, awesome!

Monumental, the new place for 'corrida'

Below, my very good mate Chris whom I met and lived with in the Dominican Republic, visiting me and enjoying the fountain show at Montjuic. Unreal and fascinating! Water, music and lights!

Next pictures are taken from Parc Guell, a stunning place over the hills with a great look out over Barcelona, amazing houses built by Mr Gaudi, sculptures, benches decorated with ceramic, columns of crazy shapes. A little bit crowded, but definitely worth a visit!
The lovely baby is my God's daughther, my sister's baby, who came to visit me with her husband and the adorable Jeanne.

At last, the visit ended by the Casa Batllo, a crazy house built by Gaudi, which is really a master piece, so innovating in terms of architecture, design, shapes...

There is so much more to see... now that I have savings again, I will buy a camera and will be able to post more. For the rest, you're always welcome to pay me a visit to see it by yourself!
